Limited Lifetime Warranty
Thank you for choosing D&A Guitar Gear. We are committed to providing you with quality products and offer this limited lifetime warranty to give you added assurance. Please read the terms and conditions below:
Warranty Coverage: We guarantee that D&A Guitar Gear products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover; a) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product. b) Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or gradual degradation over time. c) Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by a non-authorized party. d) Damage caused by accidents, fire, acts of nature, or other external factors.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: During the first 180 days from the original date of purchase, if your product exhibits any manufacturing defects, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge.
Warranty Coverage Scaling: After the initial 180-day period, our warranty coverage scales as follows:
180 days to 1 year: 80% of the replacement cost
1 year to 1.5 years: 60% of the replacement cost
1.5 years to 2 years: 50% of the replacement cost
2 years to 2.5 years: 40% of the replacement cost
After 2.5 years: 30% of the replacement cost
How to Make a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at service@dnaguitargear.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and detailed information regarding the defect or damage and return of the item at your expense.
General Provisions: a) This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. b) Any repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period. c) We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product and determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
